Dr. Gertje Lathan (1943 – 2022) developed the core method — the Supra-Dialog®. Co-founder Philippe Lathan designed all training content and has provided intuitive consulting for over four decades, without formal professional training. Today he is fully dedicated to research.

1943 – 2022Dr. Gertje Lathan studied psychology in Düsseldorf and worked in rehabilitation psychology and psychiatry before founding the NATHAL® Institute. She combined classical and alternative therapeutic approaches.
Additionally, she completed training as a non-medical practitioner and obtained authorization for psychotherapeutic practice with adults.
In 1980 she founded NATHAL® and developed the core method of Supra-Dialog® — a structured inquiry technique that remains the foundation of every NATHAL® training to this day. Since then, she has been active internationally in training and combined psychological expertise with an intuitive research approach.

Philippe Lathan
Designer of the entire NATHAL® trainingPhilippe Lathan has designed all training content: the basic training, all nine advanced levels, and all specialized seminars. The content is now delivered worldwide by certified licensed trainers.
His academic career took him from the Université de Louvain (1968–1969, B.A., Faculty of Social Sciences, Economics and Social Sciences) through the Université Libre de Bruxelles ULB (1970–1972, Certificat d'études littéraires) to TH Cologne (1976–1980, B.A., Social Work). Classical scientific or technical training is deliberately not part of his background — and is not necessary for his work: Before a consultation, he requires no detailed information about the subject matter. He works purely intuitively and completely neutrally. Time and again it has been shown that he was correct and that those consulting him achieved the greatest success the more closely they followed the information he provided.
For over four decades he has consulted scientists, institutes, companies, and private individuals in this manner — with documented results in marine chemistry, engineering, medicine, architecture, aerospace, and other fields. Today he is fully dedicated to research based on NATHAL® results.

Beyond the NATHAL® method and its dissemination, Philippe Lathan has created an exceptionally extensive body of work — documented, peer-reviewed, and partly subject to international scientific analysis.
The Kozyrev Mirror — and its connection to NATHAL®.
N. A. Kozyrev — Russian astrophysicist, pioneer of torsion field and biogravitation theory. Patent RU 2122446: a metal construction made of special alloy that shields external energy fields and facilitates access to "non-local information fields."
In 1992, the International Scientific and Research Institute of Cosmic Anthropoecology in Novosibirsk — member of the Russian Academy of Sciences — invited the NATHAL® Institute. Prof. Kaznacheev and Dr. Trofimov wanted to train cosmonauts in the NATHAL® method. Their observation: NATHAL® works independent of space and time and delivers targeted information even without the mirror — but is the optimal mental preparation for Mirror experiments.
In the Mirror, untrained individuals frequently experience psychological disturbances — NATHAL® practitioners do not. The Institute has since possessed an original mirror, acquired directly from the cosmonaut training center. Presumably the only preserved original mirror worldwide.
